Friendly. On time. Brought proper equipment. Respectful of furnishings. We had refinisbed hardwood floor. They removed their shoes so as not to scuff floors. Picked up heavy furniture, did not slide on new refinished floor. Would use them again. No vehicle was used. Just moved our furniture from room to room.

Weird dudes, stole a lighter right in front of me thinking I didn’t see, looked strung out, popped in my bathroom multiple times. Argued the whole time, snapped at me, the other guy apaolgized for him.

The original helpers were delayed and so the company sent out 2 other helpers. They were fast and efficient. I don't see any damage to my furniture or my house.

I hired Loading and Unloading Services to move a sofa bed from my second floor to my basement (2 flights of stairs). The movers, Karl and Jacky, were on time. They moved a picture on the wall to avoid breakage. They moved the sofa in a careful manner. In addition, they were polite and friendly. Yes, I'd use them again.

These two guys busted their behinds and got my job done in the three hours that I thought it would take. The only thing I would say against them is that I gave them some rope and scissors to tie stuff down in the truck, and I haven't seen them since. Hopefully, they're just tucked away somewhere in all my stuff.

The guys actually doing the move were good and got the job done after 2 extra hours. Last time we moved a 2 bed apartment it was properly done in 2-3 hours but these poor guys look liked the were over worked and just finished 3 - 4 jobs that day and looked really tired... We feel that the "company" is just pocketing the money and overworking their poor guys and paying them crap.. Plus some concerns for safety of the moving workers and our stuff. Also company was 30-60 mins late with a late start in WINTER.

They arrived 30 minute late, then claimed they was waiting for me to call them. When they arrived, they did not seem all that eager to actually do the required work. Will not use them ever again, and would warn others to use someone else.
