They did an amazing job! They sent an email saying they would arrive between 2-3pm, they arrived at 1:47pm and unloaded our entire pod and was gone by 2:33pm. It didn’t even take an hour! They did amazing and I am so grateful!

The movers were very efficient and got to most of what needed to be done.
My only feedback is that I was under the impression that I could pay for additional time if the prepaid time wasn’t enough. When the time of expired, they told me they had to get to the next appointment.
I do understand the importance of being on time and having other customers. I had about 15 min more of work based on the crew there, but it took me an hour by myself. After driving cross country, I really wanted to just pay the movers to finish.
I’m not sure what the best solution is for that situation as I do understand from the mover’s standpoint wanting to having multiple jobs booked. I think a call in advance of the move to let me know that the time was firm would have cause me to maybe add the extra prepaid hour in advance.
