The 3 individuals who arrived for my job were on time, very courteous, and demonstrated a willingness to get the difficult job done. However, they were not particularly prepared with enough of the proper equipment-furniture dollies/hand trucks. Though they had positive attitudes about the work, they were not very skilled at moving large furniture and damaged a number of pieces. One in particular, a filing cabinet, was destroyed beyond repair because of the way they used their one small hand-truck to lift it up! While as individuals they were pleasant, I would NOT recommend them to anyone nor use them again. Lastly, there was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION from them prior to the move date. I tried multiple times to contact them with no response and was left wondering if they would actually show up at the specified time.

Although they did break my glass lamp shade worth $ 20 -$25..
But other than that I was pleased with them!

I actually wanted to calm down before I made this review. The two gentlemen that came to pack my things into my truck did not do a very good job. I had to 2 55" flat screen TVs. They wrapper one of the TVs and I guess it was too much trouble to wrap the other one. Well you know that outcome of not wrapping a flat screen.
I left multiple message and no response. All I wanted was for them to replace the TV.
Hire a Helper received no response from them, but they still allow them to conduct business. Hmmmm
I would like a replacement for my TV.

The helpers arrived 30 minutes past due time then left us still needing one hour to finish loading. We had everything prepared, all they had to do was load. They didn’t care how they packed so better call someone else if you don’t want furniture all scratched up and things broken. They paid no attention to boxes marked shattered. Attitudes were not the best.
