The helpers arrived 30 minutes past due time then left us still needing one hour to finish loading. We had everything prepared, all they had to do was load. They didn’t care how they packed so better call someone else if you don’t want furniture all scratched up and things broken. They paid no attention to boxes marked shattered. Attitudes were not the best.

Angelo and his partner JT were excellent! Very polite and hard working. They finished both times in less than the allotted time and credited back extra hours. Not a single item was damaged. Angelo was very calm and methodical in packing our pods and unloading them to our new home.

Guys were fast, too fast! Almost all of my boxes were crushed. My wood furniture was scratched and some even broken. Didn’t tie down the load either everything had shifted. Wont ever use this service again.

Wow, excellent work. Angelo and Dennis are top notch and polite. After arriving and unloading the furniture we have a lot of scratches. The load had shifted and destroyed a table. A lot of crushed boxes.
