They did a great job . I hire them again.
Although they did break my glass lamp shade worth $ 20 -$25..
But other than that I was pleased with them!

I actually wanted to calm down before I made this review. The two gentlemen that came to pack my things into my truck did not do a very good job. I had to 2 55" flat screen TVs. They wrapper one of the TVs and I guess it was too much trouble to wrap the other one. Well you know that outcome of not wrapping a flat screen.
I left multiple message and no response. All I wanted was for them to replace the TV.
Hire a Helper received no response from them, but they still allow them to conduct business. Hmmmm
I would like a replacement for my TV.

The helpers arrived 30 minutes past due time then left us still needing one hour to finish loading. We had everything prepared, all they had to do was load. They didn’t care how they packed so better call someone else if you don’t want furniture all scratched up and things broken. They paid no attention to boxes marked shattered. Attitudes were not the best.

Angelo and his partner JT were excellent! Very polite and hard working. They finished both times in less than the allotted time and credited back extra hours. Not a single item was damaged. Angelo was very calm and methodical in packing our pods and unloading them to our new home.
