BC Moving labor did an amazing job!
I have a back injury that prevents me from lifting heavy which is why we decided to hire some helpers to load the pod and wow! It was well worth it.
We had packed everything in the weeks prior to facilitate loading the pod. These guys took just 1 hour! To move my entire two bedroom apartment into the pod. They were super careful with some of the most delicate items I had and they packed the pod very safely so that everything stays in the safest way possible.
I thought we had too many things for a 16 feet pod but these guys had a 3rd of the pod done by the time they finished. Honestly amazing, for peace of mind and for efficiency.

Abraham & Julio arrived exactly as scheduled. They packaged and wrapped all breakable items masterfully, and were wizards in utilizing every cubic inch of the Pod. I would highly recommend!

These guys are really good. They handled everything with care, wrapped up all the furniture, and even disassembled large furniture items. They made use of every square inch of space in the moving pods. Emptied a 5 bedroom house in about 4 hours.

These guys were on time, hardworking and worked energetically (they didn't do any standing around.) They were careful with my antiques and packed my things so that they would not get broken (I hired them to load my Pod).
I only had two small complaints if you could even call them that. The first was I live in an apartment in a very congested part of town. They were not moving me just loading my belongings yet they expected me to arrange for a place for them to park their truck (hello I'm not using your truck so why should I supply a place for it?!) Lastly I only hired two guys so they could have just as easily driven in a car as there were plenty of places on the street to park that.
Additionally, I needed them to shrink wrap my sofa as I didn't have anymore shrink wrap. They agreed to do that but never told me that shrink wrap for that item was going to cost me $40! That felt horribly unethical to me because this isn't $5 or $10 bucks but a substantial additional sum that never came up. I didn't find out about that additional cost until contacted by Hire-a-helper to pay the final bill.
Lastly upon taking the final items out of my apartment they somehow scraped the hardwood floors. How I know that they must have done it is because my Apartment Manager did a final walkthrough before moving day and the scrapes were not there and no one was staying in the place because I had already relocated and started my new job. So with the scrapes and the $40's in shrink wrap I am out of quite a bit more money.
We didn't damage anything and you also mentioned to me when i called you to let you know that the job was completed that you were so grateful and want to add Tip for the guys for the outstanding job they did. You sister who was with us during the job was very happy.
We could do the job without any materials but we are professional and we love to do our job the best we can.
