Did not pack the well. I spent $600 and then had to rent another trailer because the way they packed. I had bags in my room for clothes for our move and they grabbed those first to put in the back of the truck. I'm glad I saw them so I could retrieve them. Anytime we said anything about how they were just putting random stuff in their they said we're doing the best we can. I didn't know I would have to micromanage. They also wouldn't put our television sets in the truck. I spent another $150 to have to pack another trailer. I had 2 bikes. One was a trike. They put them in there with some boxes and left a lot of unnecessary space. I cannot believe this cost $600 and I still had to rent another trailer. They also left back doors open and one of my cats got out. I never found him. He was my autistic's son's emotional support animal. They left their emply water bottles and a can of snuff behind. They asked constantly what needs to go multiple times. It was a very stressful and horrible day. I am now 2 days behind on my move. They are the worst movers I have ever had and the most expensive. I wouldn't hire them to unpack groceries from my car. You think with how much it cost, that it would have been better. Never again.

Excellent job! They came at the last minute, when our original movers cancelled, showed up at the promised time, and did a fantastic job!!!
We were able to unload our truck, get it all into the storage unit, and return the truck in time.

Travis and his crew did a fantastic job unloading our Pods. Not only were they hard workers, they had great attitudes and they were very respectful to us and our belongings. I would highly recommended them.

My biggest issue was that the movers that arrived were literal children. Four high school students showed up with zero adults in attendance. I cannot fault for the boys for any of the issues as they were doing their best. We had extremely heavy and large furniture, which was noted in the request when the movers were hired. The boys did their best to get our belongings upstairs of our two story home but again, they were children. The owner of this company should have never let children conduct a move without an adult present. And Hire A Helper should not be recommending a company that uses children. Our walls were beat up with multiple scratches, nicks, and even a hole. The only reason we used the service was due to the fact that Hire A Helper only had three moving companies in the area and this one had the highest reviews and was the most expense. Knowing that we had nice furniture that had just been moved across the country, I did not want to take a cheap route. Sadly none of that mattered in the end. The only reason our furniture was not damaged during this unloading was due to the great job that the initial movers had done while packing up the items originally. I would not recommend this company at all.

The helpers were the worst helpers we have ever had. They had total disregard for the items they were moving. They were throwing boxes full of fragile items out of the truck onto the asphalt ground. WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! I will never hire from your company again. I suggest you fire these two and hire decent help or you will not have any repeat business ever.

These young men were the most incredible workers we could have hired! They were on time, worked nonstop, and did not complain about the workload, heat, or stairs. It would have been impossible for me and my husband to have done this job without them. We will be moving again in 6-8 months and we would be thrilled if these guys would manage that move for us as well. I chose this company after lots of research and without a doubt, these are the best movers you can hire!!! What a great experience!!!

I needed a team as same day request. All American Moving responded very quickly and was able 2 provide a 2 man team same day. The team was very friendly and got the job done promptly with a great attitude and minimum supervision. They were great with a Hugh, fragile, glass display case. I was very happy with the experience!
