Hector at H & M Movers was very accommodating when I had to reschedule the movers several times. The three movers were quick and efficient. They place my furniture where I directed them and then moved the furniture again when I changed my mind. They were cheerful, helpful and professional. Anthony and Alex were great. They were quick and efficient. Starrted right away after review of what needed to be moved. They helped with all my needs.
I am a little taken back that I was switched from another company that confirmed two days prior and was not offered the same price for over two hrs.
If this is what happens the customer is apprived for o e company and price and then moved to other company to make more money on the overtime hr. ill go with a different moving service in the future especially when I provided the truck.
Overall the work was completed by the workers as expected.

ALL were hard working, on time, mindful of our furniture and cautious with locating our furniture and possessions.
Alex and Andrew were the only 2 workers who we saw on 2 of the three days. They did a terrific job handling all that had to be done while staying within the projected time lines set.

The crew Hector sent me were fifteen minutes early which was perfect because we had to wait till 10 for store to open. I called this professional team the A Team because they’re names all began with A but truly were A Team 3 strong men all hard workers and made sure everything was secured in the Pack Rat box I rented

secure their pets before the move , have a plan if they have young children so as not to be in the way of the movers while the move is in process(Safety Reasons),also secure their immediate personal belongings such as keys, phones, etc. so that they are not misplaced

Meeting different people from different cultures & being able to put smiles on peoples faces during a stressful time
