Hector did a great job on communication, on-time arrival, careful handling, and smart arrangement! He and a team member helped me move a 1-bedroom apartment into a U-Pack ReloCubes. Everything was taken care well and the cube was compactly packed. He also kindly figured out strapping the items down, even though I forgot to get ratchet straps (which he reminded on the confirmation call two days prior). They went overtime, mainly not to their fault, but due to limited access to the elevator. They remained kind and patient and finished the move properly. Great team!

I cannot say more great things about this company. Everyone was super professional and walked me through every step of the process. I was nervous not all our stuff would fit in the POD but somehow it did. Will definitely be using this company to move into my new house.

Oh, Hector and his friend are the best crew ever.
Hector is an expert at moving and packing furniture in the 16-foot truck, I am so lucky to have him, everything went smooth without any issues. They came half hour early, which was great, and finished ahead of schedule, Hector made it look so simple. They were very, very, very, fast and accurate, wrapped and protected the glass and wood from rubbing and scratches. When I got to my destination 900 miles later, and unloaded, nothing moved, no damages to anything, nothing shifted. The 16-foot truck was fully stacked and full to the door.
Hector and friend, you will always be remembered, I will refer you to all my friends and relatives.

I am beyond impressed! Hector and crew showed up on time and he has great communication. They hustled the whole time they were here. And the packing of the POD was perfection. I had two PODS, one half loaded, when Hector was done not only did he load everything from our second floor into the POD but he unloaded most of the other POD and packed it in with the stuff they moved from the house. He packed it efficiently and tight. I had him take a picture as it was packed right to the edge. Great job guys!

secure their pets before the move , have a plan if they have young children so as not to be in the way of the movers while the move is in process(Safety Reasons),also secure their immediate personal belongings such as keys, phones, etc. so that they are not misplaced
