Movers were lazy and did not come prepared to work. I have used this site in the past but was very dissapointed with H&M. I can, however, recommend VKCMS--they are excellent!

These guys were outstanding. We vastly underestimated the job, but the two helpers persevered, and after many hours of overtime got the job done. Once you find a company like this one, you never need another number.

Our two helpers were only a few minutes late and that's just because you can't find our house on any GPS system. They loaded us up in 2.5 hours. they were courteous and worked very hard, no slack whatsoever. I would use them again.

I was very pleased with the 3 men that showed up 15 minutes early and hussled the whole 4 hours. they were very polite and lifted several very heavy items and carried a 17foot filled uhaul truck of boxes into the basement. most of the boxes had books or heavy items. I highly recommed them if you need help.

We were extremely pleased with the assistance we received from the office and field crew at H&M Movers. Mary Rivera checked in with me promptly to confirm the arrangements and called the day before to ensure everything remained on track. The three workers arrived a little late after being caught in traffic. But once on the job, they made short work of the 26-foot rental truck. The crew was courteous, professional and quick. They treated our belongings with respect. And they were very friendly and easy-going. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of assistance.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
secure their pets before the move , have a plan if they have young children so as not to be in the way of the movers while the move is in process(Safety Reasons),also secure their immediate personal belongings such as keys, phones, etc. so that they are not misplaced

residential, in house, office, long distance, within the TRI State area, (PA, NJ, DEL.)

Meeting different people from different cultures & being able to put smiles on peoples faces during a stressful time
What training do you provide your crew members?
