The only reason I am giving them two stars instead of one star is because I think the men who did the actual moving were good people and they worked VERY fast. The owner, on the other hand, is clearly exploiting these individuals. He dropped them off (earlier than we expected, which we weren't prepared for) and then sat in his truck nearby. He booked them for another job right after ours, which meant we couldn't have them stay longer (even though I specifically asked the owner beforehand about the movers staying longer than 3 hours). The worst part is, they had to pack the truck so quickly that they didn't pack it well (or maybe they weren't properly trained) and most of our furniture was damaged. We had purchased plastic wrap and good quality moving blankets, but they didn't even use them on all of the furniture.

Heavy Duty Movers were awesome! They worked so hard and were so helpful in getting everything put together, even after getting up 3 flights of stairs. They used time very efficiently and I will definitely use them again in the future. :)

Highly recommend. I reserved 3 hours and these 2 guys hustled. Eric and Lamont were professional, gentle with my items and I am already planning on using them again. I had them move 31 items from upstairs (16 steps) and they were done in less time than I reserved. I highly recommend Barry and his team.

Jeremy and Cedric who helped us move today were absolutely wonderful! They went ABOVE and BEYOND what they were asked. They were there early and stayed late at our request for just $50 more an hour. They were very accommodating, polite and professional. Their friendly helpfulness and attitudes took away the enormous amount of stress we had and we definitely could not have done it without them. We would certainly use this moving service again.

The movers were on time- they even called ahead asking if we'd like them to come early since they had completed a previous job faster than expected. We wanted to stick to our original time, and they didn't push to change :) They worked hard, were efficient, and also respectful. We'll see for certain once we arrive at our destination, but from what we can tell everything seems to be packed nicely and safely for the 22h long drive we have ahead! Thankful for the job they did :)
