Bobby and Te with Barry and Sons were top knotch movers. I would highly recommend them. They had my packed Pod unloaded and carefully placed in under two hours. Their demeanor, efficiency and professionalism was so pleasant after a long drive from the West Coast. I plan to use them again without reservation!

The only criticism I have is that movers got more careless as time went on. They seemed to be pretty careful at first but when we went back looking for things, many items had fallen over. We had many damaged storage containers and lids. Also the supervisor did not once get out of truck to look at the job the movers were doing. I would think that would be part of his job, to inspect if the stacking or placement of items was secure. They were on time and worked very hard for the entire time. Would use again but I'd be more hands- on and more carefully guiding their placement of things.

I was not impressed with the movers I used. They arrived on time but were very unprofessional. The moment they arrived they asked to use the bathroom, for a drink and even for food. I paid for 2 movers for 3 hours but when they arrived the "owner" informed me that he brought 3 movers so they could quickly be finished and move to another job. These guys banged into my walls, smelled like alcohol and were not what I expected. I would hire someone different next time.

We needed the stuff from a fully packed Toyota 4Runner moved to a 3rd story apartment (with no elevator). But the 4Runner wouldn't start! Our movers were very understanding about our 30 minute delay while we waited for roadside service -- they even offered to drive 20 minutes to jumpstart the battery! Once we arrived, the work was done quickly, politely, and professionally. I highly recommend Heavy Duty Movers!

All kinds of stuff has been broken. Their packing skills were horrible. Nothing secured properly and very expensive things can't be fixed. Would never use them again. Want my money back.
