Steve and Terry arrived on time and were very respectful and careful, as well as being personable. They got right down to business moving a large armoire and stationary bicycles. They made it look easy but it was a tough job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The whole process was a breeze. Good job all the way around!

I contracted with hireahelper.com for 2 men for 2 hours in Dallas TX to help unload a rental truck. The men I hired were from a company called “Movers R US.” Hireahelper told me by email that the mover would contact me within 24 hours. That never happened, and I reported it to hireahelper and was told not to worry, they must just be busy. Moving day comes, but the movers don’t. After waiting through the one hour arrival window with no contact, I notified hireahelper of the no-show, and began unloading myself. About 20 minutes later, I received a call from “Steve” from Movers R Us. He said he slept through his alarm, but was on his way and he arrived about another 20 minutes later. When Steve and his helper finally arrived, they did go straight to work, and were finished in a little over an hour because I had already unloaded about a third of the truck before their arrival. They worked quickly & carefully, and Steve accepted responsibility for the late arrival and no prior contact. He assured me that he would coordinate with hireahelper and arrange a discount and partial refund. To date, since completion of the move I’ve not been contacted by anyone from hireahelper with an apology for the late arrival or an explanation for the total lack of communication (unless I initiated it) throughout the entire process. I also never received the discount/refund that “Steve” promised. Totally not a positive experience.

Hiring Movers R Us was one of the best decisions I made during my move. Steve and Mike were very friendly and professional and unloaded our moving van incredibly quickly. They were quick to assemble our bed and saved us several hours of headache by assembling a desk. My wife and I appreciated that they wore masks during the move and they were respectful of our items and furniture. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about being a Mover is being able to satisfy the Customers and play Tetris with all of their items. Our motto is if it can't move, it can't break.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide a 2-week paid training Monday - Friday. Training class is a hour and a half long.
