They were an hour and a half late, and their knowledge of how to move large objects in tight spaces was a little sketchy. But they were friendly, and they were quite happy to work hard (i.e., cart heavy objects across long distances), and they were willing to take directions (i.e., when I told them that the best way to fit a weird-shaped object through a tight doorway was to rotate it such-and-such, they were happy to give it a try) so I can't complain too much.

The workers arrived on time and ready to work. Marcus and Patrick were great!! They went above and beyond and made sure all of our things were wrapped and placed appropriately in the truck.
