Movers R Us was great, and I would use their services again! I needed help unloading a moving truck with my 1 bedroom apartment into a storage unit. They arrived on time and communicated well. They were very nice and professional, and you could tell they are experienced. They were fast, but handled my belongings with care. I would recommend them if you’re in the Dallas area!

As was the case with the movers we hired through Hire A Helper to load the Unit, the movers that came today, Movers R Us, were exceptional. If there were a word other than exceptional to express what Godsend they were, I would use it. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. They were extremely professional, and also very personable. It boggles my mind at how well they do their job so quickly and proficiently. I am so glad that I went through Pack Rat, who uses Hire A Helper, and subsequently hooking me up with both moving companies. They are definitely "Elite."

They showed up 2 1/2 hours late, and were complaining they hadn’t eaten. They did put in a solid 1 1/2 hours of work but then they lazed about… the one mover said the other mover stayed out last night drinking and that he’s working through his hangover. They packed my truck poorly and left me with an hour and a half of repacking the truck so I could load up that “didn’t fit”
I hired these guys for their good reviews but it was an awful experience that left me at my storage unit for over an hour after close moving myself after I just had surgery on Tuesday trying not to rip out my stitches.
Not dependable, and overpriced for what they did.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
All customers should expect a Call the day before your schedule move, and also a call before they are in route to the location the day of the schedule move .
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If the customer has not heard from us please contact us.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about being a Mover is being able to satisfy the Customers and play Tetris with all of their items. Our motto is if it can't move, it can't break.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide a 2-week paid training Monday - Friday. Training class is a hour and a half long.
