The crew was communicative, performed the work well, was cost effective, good to work with, and rolled with the punches when UHaul threw me a curveball. I would hire them again for future moving needs.

I do not recommend them for packing. They were very late, disrespectful, didn’t bring anything to pack with such as tape, etc. instead of finishing the job that required extra packing material they left it unfinished. I had to repack several boxes because they were bulging. If I didn’t label the kitchen boxes myself they didn’t get labeled.
We did use them for moving day and it was a slightly different crew and they did a great job.

The actual movers did a good job, but the Company that they work for I can’t say the same, the transportationthey put these young men in had a flat causing them to be 5 hours late, this company needs to take care of its employees better and more safety equipment

We were scheduled to move out of our apartment on 7/10/21. The time frame was set between 9-10 am. They didn’t show up until 12:00. They never contacted me and told me they were running late. I had to call hire a helper customer service to get through to them. When at the time of the reservation they gave me their contact information so I didn’t have to do that. I asked customer service what number did they use to reach them and it was the same number I had been calling so they were ignoring me. When I finally got through to them they told me they would be another 45 to and hour minutes late. And hour passed by still nothing. Reached out to them again they said it would be another 20 minutes. Time was of the essence as we were moving across the country. They showed up at 12:00 pm and finished at 2:30. Although they apologized, I definitely wouldn’t use them again. Communication was very poor and being 2 1/2 hours almost 3 hours late is not acceptable.

They were on time, and did a great job configuring the furniture to fit in the U-Haul.
There was one item that had some minor damage, but nothing serious. It was a quite heavy piece, difficult to maneuver over stairs.
I would be happy to contract them again.
