Dennis and Doug were there on time, and ready to work. They started promply at 9:00 as scheduled. They were equipped with the tools they needed to get the job done. They worked fast and very hard moving large pieces of furnit from a second floor apartment with stairs. They loaded all of my furniture and boxes at the old place and unloaded at the new place (nothing broken)with 15 minutes to spare on the contracted time. Dennis and Doug both are great guys with beautiful personalities and a wonderful attitudes toward their work.
I will certainly recommend and use them again!!

Ernie and Nick really did an awesome job! They packed my 16 ft moving truck in less than than two hours and with great care! In frightful heat, the two men did a great job. My only concern was that it had been my understanding that they would put the beds together for me and mount the headboards, which I am unable to do. They said they do not do that type of work.
Their car had broken down and they quickly got help to get to my job, which I appreciated, as Pack-Rat was scheduled to pick up at 3:00. They did, however, seem in a hurry to leave before the 2 hours was up, to fix their car problem. They asked several times if they were finished, and they were not. I would have preferred they not do that.
They worked hard, with the help of my son and grandson. They were good with my property and I would absolutely use them again. T hey were very nice young men.

We typically call our customers within an hour of receiving notification of booking.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always call our customers the day prior to moving to confirm the date and time. On the day of the move, our crew will show up with smiles on their faces and ready to work!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You can always call us with any questions prior to moving day. First and foremost, customers should RELAX. Items should be wrapped and packed in labeled boxes. Furniture pads should be purchased or rented - they are essential to protecting your belongings. If you are disassembling furniture before we arrive, put all hardware (screws, nuts, bolts) in a labeled baggie and tape it to the furniture or put it somewhere safe.
What types of moves have you handled?
You name it, we have done it! Labor services (loading, unloading, re-arranging furniture), Full Service Moves (white glove services with a truck), local moves, corporate moves, junk removal, deliveries.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We have met some pretty awesome customers. Moving can be very stressful, so it's always nice to hear that we have alleviated the stress that is associated with moving.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training methods are extremely hands on - our patient yet thorough crew leaders are experienced in teaching the industry's latest moving techniques to our newer staff members.
