Head mover was great. Got there on time, he loaded 2 Pods at different times for me. He was very nice, professional, curtious, trustworthy and fast!! Very hard worker, very good. I hope I get the same person to unload, He had 2 different helpers ( 2 different days), they were ok, nothing like he was.

Were they on time?
I was notified in advance that they would be running a little late due to an earlier job that had run long. I appreciated the heads up so that I would not be just sitting around waiting. I was able to handle other errands.

Were they prepared for the job?
There may have been a slight miscommunication. I was asked when confirming the appointment if I would need any moving supplies and that there would be some available on the truck for purchase. I purchased some supplies like tape, bubble wrap and blankets on my own assuming that would be a bit cheaper; however, because I was not sure of exactly what I would need I did not stress it because I figured I could purchase the rest from them if needed. Well its a good thing I bought what I did because there was very few supplies on the truck. Paper and tape basically and at some point I assume they must have run out of paper. So be sure to purchase all the supplies you think you will need and then some.

Did they work hard?
Yes, They did work hard.

Were they respectful of your property and goods?
They were very courteous to me and respectful of my property.

Would you use them again?
I would probably use them again; however, My issue with the service is that I was paying for 3 helpers for 4 hours to load a POD. They completed the job in about 2 hours. It was so obvious that because of how late it was that they were over rushing the job. When the supplies were all gone they continued to load. I would have rather been notified of the deficiency instead of them proceeding to just to get it done. Once I noticed what was happening I asked them to stop. I purchased more supplies the next day to better secure some things myself. I noticed a couple scratches on some things but I am not super picky but if you are ...

Overall I think they did a good job. It is hard work and I have super heavy furniture.

Great job by Ryan and Josiah. They called ahead to let me know they were on the way, they were personable and professional, everything went into the proper rooms. They even reassembled my Select Comfort bed, which I did not expect. POD emptied and bed reassembled in under 2 hours......amazing. Would definitely use them again.

Dennis and his crew were amazing. I had a big Pods mess and their ability to deliver both Pods to my house. Dennis rescheduled his guys around Pods for me so we could get moved in. The guys were quick, friendly and efficient. Dennis was a gem and the whole thing couldn't have gone any better. Highly recommend Helping Hands Moving!!!

Outstanding crew - highly professional, pleasant, efficient, strong and fast. Couldn't have asked so better, thanks! They arrived on time, moved a 3BR TH on under three hours and brought a bunch of extra supplies that really helped secure the pacing and keep the furniture safe (we paid extra for those but it was more than worth it and they were fair priced.)

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

We typically call our customers within an hour of receiving notification of booking.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We always call our customers the day prior to moving to confirm the date and time. On the day of the move, our crew will show up with smiles on their faces and ready to work!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

You can always call us with any questions prior to moving day. First and foremost, customers should RELAX. Items should be wrapped and packed in labeled boxes. Furniture pads should be purchased or rented - they are essential to protecting your belongings. If you are disassembling furniture before we arrive, put all hardware (screws, nuts, bolts) in a labeled baggie and tape it to the furniture or put it somewhere safe.

What types of moves have you handled?

You name it, we have done it! Labor services (loading, unloading, re-arranging furniture), Full Service Moves (white glove services with a truck), local moves, corporate moves, junk removal, deliveries.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

We have met some pretty awesome customers. Moving can be very stressful, so it's always nice to hear that we have alleviated the stress that is associated with moving.

What training do you provide your crew members?

Our training methods are extremely hands on - our patient yet thorough crew leaders are experienced in teaching the industry's latest moving techniques to our newer staff members.
