Harry and Victor - of Avalanche Moving , were amicable and friendly ; as well as I had hoped. I originally wanted the start time to be 1 pm. The start time was 2:30. I had to incur rush hour Denver Metro traffic . All in all ; I was ok with things. The only problem was the damage to a piano that was roped to the side of the truck - on the moving cart with wheels. The rush hour traffic of course meant ; gas , brake , gas , brake - etc. The piano became "mobile" in transit and was damaged by the support rails in the wall of the truck. We will not pursue any claim - but , I suggest that in the future - the objects be removed from anything with wheels. Thank you , Roger Barnes

Mover's response:

I asked the movers about this job, and with out me saying anything they responded with "oh thats the guy who drove the truck like he stole it, gas, brake, gas, brake". There is no longer rush hour in denver, there is always traffic. Almost all pianos have wheels on them, but if you drive your truck like its a car you are bound to have damage. Choosing helpers with so many to pick from wasn't easy. I looked at the past reviews and booked with Avalanche. I can honestly say, I am not disappointed at all in that choice. Harry and DJ were awesome! No scratches on any of the furniture. They were professional, polite and both worked extremely hard. I felt they truly wanted to make sure all went smoothly in such a stressful time. I would definitely recommend them!

Avalanche Labor did a very good job packing up my moving truck. I wanted to take them with me to my ending location so they could unload for me. These guys were quick and efficient while also taking care of my stuff. I would definitely use them again.

They did not show up on time, They didn't call me and let me know They are running late. When they Did show up, there were only two Workers instead of three. My wife took all the boxes out Of the pod. A crew finally showed Up , and finished the job. The two Men who came we're hard workers And finished the job in 40 minutes. The bill was adjusted, but that is no Excuse for not keeping us updated. Art

Mover's response:

Our 3 man crew assigned to this job had car trouble from Denver to Fort Collins. The back up 2 man crew was 1hr late. The job was a 1.5hr two man unload, which you had 3 men scheduled for. The way it worked out at the two man rate instead of three you saved over $100 before our company gave you a discount. Myself personally and our mover both spoke with you while in route as well. Moving is not an exact science, things happen, we do our best to rectify them. In the future, regardless of who moves you or when, scheduling something important the same day as the move is never a good idea. Something inevitably will always come up, and then you just stress yourself out even more. Thank you for your review and your business.

We had a wonderful experience with Avalache movers and Labor LLC!! Our guys showed up on time and worked so fast to load up our moving van. They are experts at what they do and packed everything with care. We weren’t sure we had a big enough van and they managed to make everything thing fit. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again!! They took the stress out of moving and we really appreciate all that they did!! Thanks Avalache!!!
