What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive multiple touch points to confirm details and remove stress. This includes a confirmation email upon booking, a welcome call 24-48 hours after booking, a confirmation call 24-48 hours prior to the service and an estimated time of arrival call the day of your service.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
It will start with communication from our H.U.N.K.S. as they will call with an estimated time of arrival. Upon arriving at your house, you will meet your Captain(s) who will be your direct contact throughout the job. They will review the paperwork with you and then get their crew immediately working on wrapping furniture and moving items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The closer you can get boxes, furniture, etc. to an exit the faster the job will go and will save money. Staging items in the garage is usually one of the best ways to save money during a move. In the case of not using College Hunks for a local unload, having quality packing materials such as thick blankets, etc. will also help prevent damages during transport.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle both residential and commercial/office moves in the Greater Denver area.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We have 3 main parts of our training program. First, it starts with on-boarding training that covers safety, Company philosophies and technical training for packing and moving. Secondly we have a monthly training meeting that covers performance metrics, leadership items and technical training . Finally we have an individualized training system that develops individuals and ultimately advances them to different leadership levels (Wingman, Sr. Wingman, Jr. Captain, Captain, Sr. Captain) within the Company.
