Catherine, Thank you for your input. I apologize that you feel this way about the service was provided to you. I am a bit confused because previously you had said that the service was excellent on recorded phone call. The fact that the guys had loaded your 26' truck with a long walk and an elevator that was not locked off and being used by other people in the storage facility in 3 hours is actually pretty good time. I apologize that you were offended by the smell of the movers feet all of our men are very good about hygiene and they had several days in a row that were 12 hour days going up and down from 3rd floor apartments. We do have pictures of the load services that were provided to you and looking at the pictures the load was done properly. These pictures prove that they had done as you requested. The other thing you had mentioned was that they had 1 Upright dolly and 1 four wheel dolly (this is standard with every job and was talked about with you on recorded phone conversation when we confirmed your move) if you wanted more than 1 upright dolly you could have requested it. We take great pride in providing the best customer service to all of our clients. I wish you the best of luck. As previously stated we do have all of these recorded phone calls, photographic proof, and signed contract stating what you had requested and that our guys did as you requested even against our professional recommendation which can lead to poor use of time and improper loading. If you take a look at 95% of our reviews you can see that when our protocol is followed it provides the fastest and SAFEST possible move.

As I had said to you before we typically do not use dollies on the stairs because of the extra time it takes as well i did go over the phone records and I did see that you had called two times that morning and. Our phones were very busy but we did return your call within 2 minutes. As well I do have all of the other multiple calls of contact with you on our recording system. I apologize that you feel your service was bad. Given the circumstances of your move across an apartment complex with no truck and from a second floor to another second floor our guys completed it in a good time. I wish you the best of luck.
