Didn't show, didn't call until 2pm or so. Suppose to be here at 9am. Called contact a little after 9am and couldn't reach anyone. Left me in a bad spot.

Mover's response:
Dee, I truly apologize for the position you were left in, however my husband the owner did call you November 25, 2017 at 11:55 am and explained that his brother was shot in the head the night before and passed away in middle if night. Yes we should have called you but under the circumstances neither one of us was thinking right. You did call me and leave a voicemail November 26, 2017 @ 9:34 am and I returned your call with no answer and left you a voicemail. Again apologize however emergency li
