I value the courteous communication the team had with me since booking them. They contacted me 3 days before the move to confirm the move, and unloading time. On move day, they called me to let me know they were in the area but I was still driving on the highway. They took a lunch break while waiting for me to arrive, and promptly came by the home when I parked. They were polite, courteous and efficient, unloading things from a 2-bedroom apartment in 38 minutes!

To help ensure a smooth and timely process, we ask that all items be fully packed in boxes of containers before our team arrives. Helpful tip: Fully pack each box; a well-packed box is less likely to collapse and is more stable when stacked to form a secure wall inside the moving truck or container. This helps to protect your belongings.
