Do not use this mover. They don’t stand behind their word, even when speaking directly to their customer.

Hi Ms. H.,

I'm sorry you feel this way.

We went above and beyond by moving the paint contractor's equipment out of the garage, which was out of scope for this job. Additionally, we were 30 minutes early and ready to perform the job.

The service was booked for 2 movers for 3 hours and rightfully charged for 3 hours; the presence of a third mover does not change this. It would have taken 3 hours with 2 movers. It is an added benefit to have a supervisor on the job, which enabled us to finish in 2 hours.

Absolutely crushed a 26’ trailer unload in just 2 hours! They made sure to ask where everything they unloaded belongs, so you were not stuck with rearranging everything. They were very friendly and understood that your stuff was important. They took their time to ensure everything got in the right place with zero contact with walls, doorways or stairwells. I would recommend them for any job, because they understand how moving is not fun, but they will get you what you need to make it less stressful.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

On moving day, you can expect our team to arrive on time and ready to work. We follow a well-organized, efficient process that is both fast and methodical to ensure your belongings are handled with the highest level of care. Every item is loaded or unloaded with a focus on protection and safety--for both your property and our crew.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

We take a team-based approach to every move, and the level of efficiency we can achieve greatly depends on how ready the customer's belongings are. To help ensure a smooth and timely process, we ask that all items be fully packed in boxes of containers before our team arrives. Helpful tip: Fully pack each box; a well-packed box is less likely to collapse and is more stable when stacked to form a secure wall inside the moving truck or container. This helps to protect your belongings.

What types of moves have you handled?

We've successfully handled a wide range of moves, including residential (homes, apartments, townhomes, condos), commercial office relocations, local and long-distance moves, and specialty moves (requires advance notice) involving fragile or oversized items. Our team is experienced in navigating everything from tight staircases to complex loading situations, always with care and efficiency.
