I provided 15 moving blankets and eight tie downs. When my container was unloaded, we discovered that they had used ONE tie down and that all of the moving blankets were neatly folded and stacked on top of the furniture. Almost all of my wooden furniture has damage which was entirely preventable if they had used the blankets I provided.
I would not recommend using this team unless you are just moving a container full of boxes, and even then, beware. They stacked heavy boxes of books on top of boxes that were clearly marked "Fragile, Top Row Only".
Regarding the claim that only one moving blanket was used, this is incorrect. We brought two full boxes of moving blankets (each box containing approximately 6–12 blankets) and used one full box. Every item that required protection was properly covered, and several blankets were left unused because they were not needed.
Similarly, the claim that only one ratchet strap was used is inaccurate. A total of four ratchet straps were used, as outlined below.
We packed the pod by creating a very tight and secure wall within the first ten feet (from the back toward the middle). Items in this section were stabilized using the bed and bed frame and secured with the first ratchet strap. At that point, you commented that the wall looked perfect.
Against my professional recommendation, we then followed your direction to place an approximately 400-pound motorized scooter in the middle of the pod. I advised that this placement contradicted standard moving practices and explained that we typically secure items of that nature against a wall. I also informed you that we would not be liable for any damage resulting from placing the scooter as requested. You declined my recommendation, drove the scooter into the pod yourself, and indicated that it was secured. We then used the second and third ratchet straps to secure the scooter from the left wall to the right wall of the pod.
Once packing was complete, we used the fourth ratchet strap to secure lighter items near the door to prevent them from shifting and obstructing the pod’s opening. At that point, you viewed the completed packing and expressed satisfaction with the final result.

Our two movers - Mark and Kenny - were absolutely amazing! They arrived right on time. They were very professional as well as personable. Both men were completely organized and work effectively and efficiently. They knew exactly what needed to be done and the order in which it needed to be done. Kept us organized as well! They handled everything with care. I couldn't believe they had everything loaded and we still had room left!

Helpful tip: Fully pack each box; a well-packed box is less likely to collapse and is more stable when stacked to form a secure wall inside the moving truck or container. This helps to protect your belongings.
