The guys who showed up were great. They went to work immediately and worked steadily until they were done. The only complaint I had was that they didn’t have any tools with them. I am willing to take half the blame on that but I did speak to a person at the company to explain what needed to be moved with the intent to inform them so that they could make the determination if tools were needed. This may be a miscommunication but that is my only complaint.

I had booked an enclosed 26 foot van and the movers showed up with a much smaller open trailer on the back of the truck. When i pointed out the discrepancy, the head person told me i should be grateful he brought an extra person. However, that didn't matter when there was not adequate room for the move. I had to rent a U-Haul the next day and finish the move on my own. There were also not adequate pads and blankets and much of my furniture arrived damaged.

Our movers were great! They stayed in contact with me to let me know when they would be here to unload our POD. They were friendly and very personable. We were moving our daughter to El Paso from St. Louis and while they were going in and out they asked a little about where we were from and told us a bit about El Paso. They were very efficient and respectful of us, our items they were moving, and the house itself. I highly recommend them!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When you book with us expect a courtesy call to introduce ourselves and confirm your moving needs.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day expect to have a call before our team is dispatched and an experienced uniformed crew will arrive at your door at the specified time discussed.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Every customer is different and they should prepare according to the type of work they would like for us to provide. Example.. if loading is the only thing requested, customer should have everything boxed up and furniture wrapped before our arrival. We would be more than glad to do the service, it just depends on how fast customer is willing for the move to go.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have over 12 years experience in the moving industry, so we have encountered the privilege of doing long distance moves, local, commercial moves (offices, warehouses) and we have helped move a lot of military families as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is seeing the satisfaction the customer receives after we have completed their move. We understand that its a stressful situation and us being able to help relieve a little of that stress is very satisfying.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew member training consists of on hand tasks that we encounter on the field but in a 2 hour course done here at the office, which also includes video teaching of related tasks.
