BLUF: I highly recommend Leo Urrutia and his crew, their performance and attitude were outstanding. My experience, this was my first time using this service, on the application I selected the time for loading from 09:00-10:00. I also received an email with my point of contact name and his cel number, this person was Leo Urrutia. The day of loading the crew arrived at 09:55, but Leo had been in contact with me since 08:30 and informed me that the crew would arrive before 10:00, which I totally understood since they were at another site working. The arrived at 09:55, introduced himself and his team members, looked at the items to load and ask me if I had any questions. I hired them for 2 hours, and they loaded the truck very professionally in about 45 minutes. These guys knew what they were doing. They also tide the load before closing the truck gate. You need experts to do your move? I highly recommend Leo and his crew. I drove over 10 hours and when I got to my destination, it seemed as nothing had moved, just amazing.

They did a good enough job moving everything out. No scratches or broken furniture, but when they were removing the couch, they didnt take care to watch the floors and ruined a 25sq foot area on the hardwood, which I now have to pay for. When I let them know I was informed there was "no way we could've done that because we lifted it the whole way" which isnt possible because of the size of the couch, the doorway, and the angle getting it out. They did fine until the blatant lying at the end but whatever. Not their place so who cares if they ruin it. Wouldnt recommend them for a move honestly, unless its your last option.

Leo and the crew showed up on time and full of energy. They looked over the POD, the household goods and such to be loaded, and off they went. Really worked hard, fast and efficient. As they filled the 16ft container they were careful to use rope to insure the load did not shift. They treated the goods as though they were his rather than some stranger. I give them my highest recommendation for a job well done, great communications before during and after the job.

When you book with us expect a courtesy call to introduce ourselves and confirm your moving needs.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day expect to have a call before our team is dispatched and an experienced uniformed crew will arrive at your door at the specified time discussed.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Every customer is different and they should prepare according to the type of work they would like for us to provide. Example.. if loading is the only thing requested, customer should have everything boxed up and furniture wrapped before our arrival. We would be more than glad to do the service, it just depends on how fast customer is willing for the move to go.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have over 12 years experience in the moving industry, so we have encountered the privilege of doing long distance moves, local, commercial moves (offices, warehouses) and we have helped move a lot of military families as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is seeing the satisfaction the customer receives after we have completed their move. We understand that its a stressful situation and us being able to help relieve a little of that stress is very satisfying.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew member training consists of on hand tasks that we encounter on the field but in a 2 hour course done here at the office, which also includes video teaching of related tasks.
