The Movers of El Paso confirmed the move after I made the reservation. They also called two days beforehand to confirm. The day before the move, the team called to verify the address and their arrival time. Everything happened exactly as scheduled. No damage and everything was placed where I needed it to be. Awesome experience! Thank you!!!

Movers showed up but were not prepared in the least bit with the exception of a dolly. Although, one of the guys didn't want to use the dolly. One of the movers was very efficient and worked hard. The other however, spent more time telling me how much he hated being in the city and demeaning the other guy. Was extremely unprofessional and plain rude. My property was not respected with several things needing to be replaced now. As well as professionally cleaned secondary to them not utilizing provided moving materials and pads. I will never use them again. Nor should you. Unless you like stained, dented, scratched and demolished furniture.

I was asked to show them what was to go in the pods. They picked up boxes they should not. The box with all my mediations was packed. They were on time!
Upon receiving our pods on 3/27 and 3/28, we found damaged items: dining table was cracked, hope chest front panel broken because of the weight put on there.

This moving company was over 2 hours late and waited until 2 minutes were left in the arrival window to let us know. They brought 4 movers instead of 2 when they did arrive to help make up for it but they were all tired from the previous job. We approved extra time to finish the job but they still stopped working before the entire house was completed. We had to hire another moving company to finish loading our truck the next morning and it was very expensive but worth it. Overall we were very dissatisfied.

Do not hire. Arrived late. Loaded boxes first. Had to leave furniture behind. Took 2 feet extra so i was charged an additional $375.. Movers who unloaded were horrified at poor job. Said everything including left behind furniture should have fit in contracted space. Two pictures damaged because heavy items were put on top of them. Other items damaged. Overpriced and incompetent. Do not hire.

First off, I have no financial or family stake in these folks. The Movers Of El Paso Just had the best experience. ever. Daughter is moving to New Hampshire. Contacted and had PODS delivered to her house. The Movers supplied the packing and loading labor on a SUNDAY. Took about 4 hours maybe 5. 3 bedroom house. They packed and loaded according to the PODS specifications. Nicest, friendliest, hard working, on time, well prepared, respectful of everything, most helpful group of folks I've done business with in a long time. I highly recommend them and I'm a very particular old coot. Very responsive. Very affordable. I'll use them again in the near future.Mike Schwartz

When you book with us expect a courtesy call to introduce ourselves and confirm your moving needs.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day expect to have a call before our team is dispatched and an experienced uniformed crew will arrive at your door at the specified time discussed.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Every customer is different and they should prepare according to the type of work they would like for us to provide. Example.. if loading is the only thing requested, customer should have everything boxed up and furniture wrapped before our arrival. We would be more than glad to do the service, it just depends on how fast customer is willing for the move to go.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have over 12 years experience in the moving industry, so we have encountered the privilege of doing long distance moves, local, commercial moves (offices, warehouses) and we have helped move a lot of military families as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is seeing the satisfaction the customer receives after we have completed their move. We understand that its a stressful situation and us being able to help relieve a little of that stress is very satisfying.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew member training consists of on hand tasks that we encounter on the field but in a 2 hour course done here at the office, which also includes video teaching of related tasks.
