The great service provided by Bennett's Moving Services started with first contact. The lady who answered the phone was pleasant and easy to deal with. She ensured we had all the information needed and made us feel confident there would be no glitches in getting us unloaded. We had a last minute schedule change in the trailer delivery to our destination point. We called Bennett's to reschedule our unloading from Friday to Saturday. Bennett's was able to reschedule our appointment to Saturday and relieved a lot of stress on us in the process. James and James showed up Saturday on time and ready to work. They both worked hard until the job was done. James and James were very respectful of our possessions and property. We are happy to report that there was no damage to anything during unloading. We live in a pretty remote mountainous area, GPS sends people to the wrong address-they were a few minutes late but called to let us know. They brought an appliance dolly as they said they would. Jason and Kenny F were professional yet friendly, Strong and careful, methodical and organized. Concern for our items was foremost in their conversation and approach to the moving process. They wore gloves and even padded the entry door jam. They put up with our renovation construction happening all around them and were cheerful. What I estimated would take 3-4 hours took them 2. I would highly recommend them.

Buddy and Keith did an excellent job of loading my PODS container. The weather was gorgeous all day EXCEPT, of course, the two hours when they were here. Despite the pelting rain, they were cheerful, efficient, careful, and it was a pleasure to hear them cheering each other on. Review update: I have unpacked in Rhode Island and it is particularly worth noting that the movers who came to unpack the PODS container said -- "We've unloaded hundreds of PODS and seen disasters; the movers who packed you up did a really good job!" :)

Roy did a super job of unloading my 16 ft truck and carrying most of the items and boxes up to my second floor unit. He did use a hand truck for the heavier items but still required only minimal assistance from me. He was pleasant and personable as well and got the job done in a timely fashion. Your registration system and telephone personnel were great to work with and made the process a pleasant one. I will certainly recommend you in the future.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a confirmation call from our friendly office staff within 24 hrs. of booking your request. They will go over the details and address an questions or concerns you may have. We also do a confirmation call the day before your move, just to check in and make sure everything is still on schedule and re-confirm address and start times.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day your crew leader will give you a call at least 30 minutes out. Please let them know if there are any special parking instructions or changes. Our crews bring dollies with them on all jobs. They will also bring a protection package including rope, tape, and plastic shrink wrap available for purchase if you would like to utilize our supplies.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please make sure to provide at least 1 moving blanket for each Item of furniture we will be loading. The crew will utilize them to protect your cherished belongings from any damage during your drive.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are a full service moving company. We can handle any type of moving help you may need. We do local and long distance loading/ unloading. No job is too big or too small.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is the customers. We have met so many great people over the years. We have hundreds of repeat customers. It always great to see them again and see how their family's have grown or changed.We know moving is stressful so we do our absolute best to make our part as easy and seamless as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew members are thoroughly background checked before they are hired. Upon being hired we make sure they are fully trained and able to complete the work before they step a foot into the first home.
