The guys were prompt, prepared and professional. They worked very hard and were careful with our items. We would definitely use them again. They seem to like their work too. My only concern is that they should have walked around and looked before leaving (or I should have) because some items weren't loaded - (drawers that went with the bed left upstairs, drawer to a cabinet left in the shed)...it was just an oversite...and nothing major at all.

Andrew & Keith were on time and prepared for the job. They worked hard and happily (it seemed!) to carry boxes up one flight of stairs. They put my property in two different locations and worked well within the time-frame for both. I would use them again no problem. It was WONDERFUL to have someone else do the hard work of moving items and took a lot of stress off of us during this stressful event of moving.

Bennett's Moving Services are excellent! I hired two helpers to load my truck from a storage room. They showed up on time and with two other helpers to get the job done quickly.
They not only finished in half the time, but packed my truck expertly, which was important since I had a 1500 mile trip to take.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a confirmation call from our friendly office staff within 24 hrs. of booking your request. They will go over the details and address an questions or concerns you may have. We also do a confirmation call the day before your move, just to check in and make sure everything is still on schedule and re-confirm address and start times.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day your crew leader will give you a call at least 30 minutes out. Please let them know if there are any special parking instructions or changes. Our crews bring dollies with them on all jobs. They will also bring a protection package including rope, tape, and plastic shrink wrap available for purchase if you would like to utilize our supplies.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please make sure to provide at least 1 moving blanket for each Item of furniture we will be loading. The crew will utilize them to protect your cherished belongings from any damage during your drive.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are a full service moving company. We can handle any type of moving help you may need. We do local and long distance loading/ unloading. No job is too big or too small.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is the customers. We have met so many great people over the years. We have hundreds of repeat customers. It always great to see them again and see how their family's have grown or changed.We know moving is stressful so we do our absolute best to make our part as easy and seamless as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew members are thoroughly background checked before they are hired. Upon being hired we make sure they are fully trained and able to complete the work before they step a foot into the first home.
