They were absolutely fantastic. I was in touch with Joe two days before the loading day. The entire team was professional, careful and genuinely concerned with the safety of my belongings. My Helpers Joe and Hank were on time and immediately started in. I pointed out prior items that had to go since I wasn't sure all I wanted moved could fit in the 16ft Pod. They wrapped all furniture pieces, stacked all like a puzzle and fit every piece in. I was surprised and amazed. They were both very professional and nice and I'd diff use them again in the future if I order another Pod.

They arrived on time. However, the lead didnot meet with me for long nor did he go through the whole house with me. If he would’ve take more time I believe three hours which I originally booked would have been sufficient. It took them two additional hours??. In addition there was a lot of unused space in both pods. There was no communication during the move nor in regards to the staging of the pack. This was VERY disappointing??. I am very concerned the condition my items will be when I get them in 2days.

Brian and Ryan were AWESOME!!! They were both on time, very friendly and very experienced in moving all my possessions with care and did an excellent job loading the POD very efficiently. I will be hiring Heavy Foot Movers again and requesting both of those 2 guys specifically for my next move
