They arrived on time. However, the lead didnot meet with me for long nor did he go through the whole house with me. If he would’ve take more time I believe three hours which I originally booked would have been sufficient. It took them two additional hours??. In addition there was a lot of unused space in both pods. There was no communication during the move nor in regards to the staging of the pack. This was VERY disappointing??. I am very concerned the condition my items will be when I get them in 2days.

Brian and Ryan were AWESOME!!! They were both on time, very friendly and very experienced in moving all my possessions with care and did an excellent job loading the POD very efficiently. I will be hiring Heavy Foot Movers again and requesting both of those 2 guys specifically for my next move

Eric & Miguel were excellent movers! They arrived 15 min early and got to work right away unloading the pod at my new house. They were very careful with all my possessions and very courteous. They are hard workers! Also want to mention that the owner, Joe, & two helpers packed the pod for me a year ago. They made use of every bit of space & packed things well and carefully. I had a LOT of stuff & they managed to fit it all. Joe packed that pod like a boss! I would highly recommend Heavy Foot Movers and was extremely pleased with their work. Thanks guys!
