Please, excuse me for taking so long to write my review. When I first saw the previous reviews of all the helpers, I thought they were too good to believe. Well, I can now see that the reviews had some validity to them. Forgive me for forgetting their names (I am old and fortunate to remember my own name). But these two young guys were top rated movers. They were early and well prepared to start the job. Even had a little rain but it did not slow them down any. They packed the truck where I did not hear a sound driving it to my destination. So far, I have not noticed any nicks or scrapes on anything. Some of my stuff was heavy but it did not deter them any from moving it. Unloading the truck was done just as professional as the loading. However, they did go over the allotted time but that was because I did not realize how much stuff I had to move. I did compensate them for their had work but felt it could never be enough. You wont be disappointed with these two. Send me their names in case I have to use your service again. Very pleased customer.

Absolutely a terrific job! They were careful and thorough and were able to carefully pack a huge number of things into the pod in a very thoughtful manner. I would definitely recommend them!!!

Commendations....The workers were on time. They packed the truck meticulously. They were respectful and trustworthy (No damaged or stolen items). Recommendations....when paying for movers by the hour it is more important for them to do the heavy lifting NOT the time consuming meticulous packing of the truck. Workers should walk through the premise and evaluate the workload based on how many items need to be moved. They should then communicate or debrief with the client as to what the options are to best use their time and labor. For example, during our move WE took ALL items out of the house without help from the movers, in hopes that they would promptly load the truck and be able to unload it at the new address. This did not happen and ALL their time was spent organizing the truck....this is NOT what we needed them for. Maybe this is something that can be clarified and communicated better when they first arrive and do a walkthrough.

We used Heavy Foot Movers to pack a POD for us. They were prompt, very efficient, polite and very easy to work with. They worked very hard and made sure that they were taking care of all our needs. I would recommend Joe and Heavy Foot Movers with very high praise. If they were in TX, I would use them to unload the POD. Fantastic experience.

Great! On time, friendly/nice, brought their own hand tools, were very careful with our stuff! Only one thing which is not a big deal.....they forget to screw my bed slates under the box spring. I would highly recommend these two men! (Eric and Steve)
