Team showed up 30 minutes late. Did not have the proper equipment. One associate had only a few days experience and contantly complained about the previous job. Had to provide direction, guidance and physcial help throughout the move. Marred walls, damaged furniture in short this team (and company) unprepared and unprofessional. Tried to contact the management of King and Queen (Walter) for satisfactory resolution and he has ignored the issue....Never again.

Excellent service throughout the move. They were 15 minutes later than planned, but called ahead and let us know immediately in the morning (it was a new community and the GPS didn't have our address).
They called to confirm the order and gave great recommendations for the size of truck & equipment to rent
They moved all the items requested in a timely manner without damaging anything and took care of the fragile items well. Each person had a good sense of humor during the moves and it felt relaxed. We would definately hire again

They were on time. They were respectful of the property. I think this might have been their best quality. We have a lot of big items to move and there were only minor markings if any on either house. I do not feel they all worked very hard. I thought they would take more control over the packing of the truck to be more efficient with the packing. That did not happen. I thought they have more equipment to help with the move. They needed to be managed more then I would have liked. If I move again, I would go with a different company.
