Michael arrived 3 minutes late he didn't want to stay and stopped to tell us what he is going to do as to bring his other guys to take over he stopped to make phone calls to Speak his guys several times upon unloading when his guys to take over came he stopped shown and told them what's happening for another 20 minutes he was chattery a lot and didn't move as fast as we would have appreciated. He kept talking. A lot and promoting his business and other services he offers so we would use him again we did not appreciate his work ethics we will not use them again

I would have loved to give these guys a 5 star rating because I have used them in the past. This move however was not as seamless. It started with the crew showing up an hour late, was told by the owner that it was due to traffic but come to find out from the crew it was because they over slept. That would have been acceptable at a 7-8 start time but it was for a 10 o'clock start time. The particular crew was not very motivated and smelled like they had been up drinking all night. I was very disappointed in how this particular crew reflected on this company because the owner has done great work for me in the past.

Showed up right on time after a last minute request without issue and helped unload a storage container at the bottom of a hill 1/2 a block away from the house. Did an excellent job and would not think twice about using them again!

There was an unavoidable hiccup in our start time, but the guys from Save U showed up ready to work and prepared to tackle the job head on. They established a plan immediately and executed it effortlessly. All four guys were a pleasure to have and were kind, funny and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend Save U for top notch service.

They were on time & worked hard. They had appropriate gear. They were scheduled to work 4 hours, and finished in 2 hours and 20 minutes. I considered the unused time as a gratuity for a job well done.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Just communicate with me on the initial call and express details concerning the job so that we can come up with a proper game plan, every job is similar, but yet different then the next...
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done it all over the last 12 years... Loads, unloads, load/unload, full service moves, long distance moves, box trucks, freight trucks, POD's and all other storage containers...
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Relieving the customers stress and performing at a high level while displaying problem solving skills...
What training do you provide your crew members?
I think the best training is on the job training, following my lead and example... I (Michael/owner/operater/lead guy) take pride in have very high standards in regards to getting things done in a timely manner with no damages and the crew being safe and aware of our surroundings throughout the process of completion...
