We loved these guys! We were looking for a crew that would bust their butts for a couple hours to get all our heavy items down our odd angled stairs without damaging our walls, including a HEAVY and large washer/dryer set. Michael & Smiley (true to his name) did exactly that, and then some. In the couple hours we had their help, we got most of the hard work accomplished. They came on time and ready to get some work done! They did a great job packing the truck so things wouldn't shift and break, all while utilizing every inch of the truck to get all our things in one trip. The best part is they did it all in good spirits and were kind to my whole family in the process. They even offered to adjust their schedule to come back and help if we needed more time. If you need help moving, do yourself a favor and call these fellas! They work hard and get it done right!

They started out being 45 minutes late and took over three hours to load a one bedroom apartment with one adult. They would have taken longer but I had to stop them as they continued to delay finishing until I ordered them to stop. The owner spent all of his time in the truck taking things apart that didn't need to be taken apart and broke the base of a lamp that had been in the family for two generations. The owner kept my access card and has not yet returned it. The owner's appearance was so poor, a tank top and shorts, that the other apartment residents didn't believe they should have been allowed in the apartment building. Not only would I never use them again but I would encourage everyone else to avoid using them. I literally had to close my apartment door and lock it, then order them to get out of my truck.

For us to give a confirmation call before the start time to let the customer know that we are on our way, and arrive on time and handle items with care, while preventing any damages in the process...
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Just communicate with me on the initial call and express details concerning the job so that we can come up with a proper game plan, every job is similar, but yet different then the next...
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done it all over the last 12 years... Loads, unloads, load/unload, full service moves, long distance moves, box trucks, freight trucks, POD's and all other storage containers...
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Relieving the customers stress and performing at a high level while displaying problem solving skills...
What training do you provide your crew members?
I think the best training is on the job training, following my lead and example... I (Michael/owner/operater/lead guy) take pride in have very high standards in regards to getting things done in a timely manner with no damages and the crew being safe and aware of our surroundings throughout the process of completion...
