Both helpers were on time and they worked very hard to get my POD loaded in a timely manner. I never would have been able to load it as well as they did. They used every inch of space and managed to fit a lot of stuff in one POD. I would highly recommend them!

Timely and fast, yet for the little unload /assembly work left to do when then arrived (on time),they could have used better tools and been more careful assembling antique bed frame which now needs reconstruction. Workers were fast, tried to attend to box & furniture placement request, and were cordial. Two workers weren"t needed.

The movers were quick and easy to talk to. They were prepared for items that needed dollies and special handling. My only gripe is that they showed up 2-3 hours late passed the hour interval I asked which had me wait around for them. They communicated with me that a job before mine took more time than was allotted.

So glad I went with Affordable Professional Movers for my recent cross-country move involving PODS. They came a little late to my address, as they'd accidentally confused my move time with someone else on their list for the day, but they called to let me know about the mix-up and arrived about 20-minutes later. They were incredibly efficient and did a fantastic job packing my POD. Looking at it afterward, I felt confident my stuff would stay put in transit. Both guys had a good sense of humor, which helped the time go by and the move feel a bit easier. They handled the whole thing really well under the allotted 2-hour time window. I had bought several moving blankets and spare boxes available before they arrived, I'd recommend doing this. I really appreciated the automation to finish the move. All I had to do was text a number for Affordable Professional Movers, and I was charged--no paperwork, no phone calls, super simple. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

We are a team of professional movers here to make moving day less stressful for you.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day we like to be prompt and get right to work. We can often be flexible around changing schedules, as trucks and closing dates often have changes or delays.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To prepare for moving day, make sure you have enough furniture pads, straps or rope, equipment/tools, etc. We provide some of these things, make sure to communicate with your movers about what is included and what you need to provide.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle internal moves (relocating some items within the house), local, long distance, office moves, pods, containers, trucks, etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I love being a mover because we meet a lot of interesting people. From football stars to your friendly neighbor next door, we meet lots of new and interesting people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Each of our crew have over a decade of experience in the industry. We are a small group and keep it small on purpose, we don’t expand and hire more movers for more jobs, we keep it small to ensure top quality service, over quantity of jobs / crews working.
