At All Around Movers request, the arrival time was changed from 26 Jun to 25 Jun. The crew was not notified of the change and did not show up on the 25th. They did arrive early on the 26th and loaded the trailer. The came prepared for the move and worked very hard. However, they put heavy boxes on top of light boxes, resulting in about three boxes being damaged. Further, they put the mattress down on the open side of the mattress bag, resulting in the mattress being scuffed and dirty. As we don't expect to be in their service area again, we probably won't use them again. I think if the loading had been done as scheduled, they might not have been in a hurry and would have done a better job.

The guys who finally showed up to do the work were excellent workers. However, I found out the morning of the move that they were not coming that day at all. They came to the location of the move the next day at noon. Hopefully this company will improve on its terrible issues with properly scheduling their jobs. The men who did the work were not responsible for the scheduling problems.

The movers were very efficient and polite. They arrived on time and unloaded our storage pods very quickly and carefully. Our hardwood floor got damaged in one area, but the movers told us about it right away and apologized. He also called his boss to let him know, so that the company could fix it. It was fixed in a timely manner without any problems. I would definitely use this company again, and I would reccomend them to others.

My only complaint is that my movers were quite late. They were scheduled between 8-9 am, and they arrived at 11 am. But, they did call (at 9) to advise me they were running late, and when they arrived, they were friendly, competent, and quick.

We were very pleased with our movers. We honestly did not think they good get half our items in the pod. Much to our surprise they fit almost every thing in with ease and did it with an hour to spare. We would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a loading job.

We moved from 3 different locations into one over the course of 2 days. Almost 15 hours of moving and stacking boxes and tearing down beds and loading and unloading sectionals and other heavy furniture. Eric and Spencer from All Around Movers were absolutely incredible!!! They never stopped, never complained, were extremely polite, knew how to load a truck properly, took extreme care of our fragile items, know how to pack a storage unit properly. They came prepared for the job and ready to work and they stayed until the last box was moved. Don't take chances hiring for your next move. Hire Eric and Spencer from All Around Movers. You'll be glad you did!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We send out a text to every customer (it may take a day or so but you will receive it before your move) it requires them answer each question as it’s very important! If we don’t immediately reach out to you please don’t get worried, we stay busy and it’s our promise to get every customer taken care of with with the respect and full attention on the items they cherish. If we can’t get to the phone if you call, plz respect that we are giving a customer our full attention as we will give you on your move day!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have labeled boxes is a plus, everything packed and ready to be loaded, make sure we have a clear walkway to and from the truck (it’s a hazard and danger to your belongings and to the crew members), please trust we know how to load a truck and no instructions are appreciated.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We have an in hand in the field training. We always bring a new guy of course he is an extra guy the customer does not pay for but what better way to train a man, you can’t teach moving you have to experience it. And to be a great mover you have to have passion and again you can’t teach passion you either have it or you don’t! We can’t see or know unless we put them inside the field!
