The movers were five hours later than agreed on due to over scheduling. However I will say the guys that showed up were quick and efficient.

Don't trust the reviews if they are positive...the person in charge of the company is not even in the state he says he is in. The person in charge of my move, sent by the owner in another state, showed up late, and seemed put out with me when he finally arrived. He was rude, barely acknowledged me, and turned and left two totally unqualified movers to help unload my precious cargo without saying a word to me. I had to direct the two guys he left how to store the items in the storage unit to fit. Also, one of the movers complained the entire time, took smoke breaks on my time, and told me he needed water, which I provided. He was careless with my boxes of storage by not handling them with care as he unloaded.
They did not come prepared with any equipment to help unload the truck, so it was a good thing I brought my own. I ended up doing as much work as they did because of their lack of initiative, and skill in moving. These guys are not trained, skilled or qualified movers. If you value your possessions, then I'd move on fast.
What a waste of time and money...this company is a sham!

We would recommend this company over and over again. They were on time, ready to work, professional and personable. They took care in moving all boxes and property as if it was their own. We will absolutely use them again if needed.

Showed with two guys instead of three(some lame excuse about one guy having to go to Police Station as witness to shooting); did not come with piano dolly although Piano as paid for; one guy was first day on job and he was not in shape for moving; damaged my wife's piano trying to get it up four stairs at front door; piano had to sit in front yard about 4 hours waiting for additional crew to show from another job and they finally got it in the house. If our PODS was not sitting there waiting, I would have sent them home. I did more work than one of the guys. They overextended themselves just to make the money. I would give them negative stars, if that were possible!!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We send out a text to every customer (it may take a day or so but you will receive it before your move) it requires them answer each question as it’s very important! If we don’t immediately reach out to you please don’t get worried, we stay busy and it’s our promise to get every customer taken care of with with the respect and full attention on the items they cherish. If we can’t get to the phone if you call, plz respect that we are giving a customer our full attention as we will give you on your move day!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Passion for what we do! A crew that will handle their belongings as if it were their grandmothers prized possessions, respect, trustworthy men that move really fast and the knowledge to get the job done and take every stress off the customers back!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have labeled boxes is a plus, everything packed and ready to be loaded, make sure we have a clear walkway to and from the truck (it’s a hazard and danger to your belongings and to the crew members), please trust we know how to load a truck and no instructions are appreciated.

The smile and comfort we see after a job is complete the stress just melts from the once tense customer to now a moved, loaded, or unloaded happy customer! Our number one goal is satisfaction and we strive everyday to make every customer feel this way
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have an in hand in the field training. We always bring a new guy of course he is an extra guy the customer does not pay for but what better way to train a man, you can’t teach moving you have to experience it. And to be a great mover you have to have passion and again you can’t teach passion you either have it or you don’t! We can’t see or know unless we put them inside the field!

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
