After two calls before the day of the job that reassured me their promptness and hard working ethics, well after showing up one hour late because someone in the crew had to go to the emergency room over an earache. The crew needed a smoke break and to review their gaming skills from the night before. I spoke up and asked them twice to stop thinking about the process so much that one would self move four boxes to get to one and or step up and over the boxes risking a fall or kicking the packaged boxes, while the other stood idle and watched. Very stressful event, paid extra to move a piano, I wind up helping plan and having to help lift (even though their supervisor assured me the night before, they were strong enough to handle such an item). I only had one truck load filled and one third unloaded in eight hours and my travel time was three miles to the new location. The new company I found loaded and unloaded four trucks plus moved four thousand pounds of river rocks. Very stressful event with this poor staffed and managed company.

Wonderful communication! Very professional, mannerly guys. Enthusiastic, quick, and efficient. We were very pleased with them. We had another moving company load our truck in another city and it was a terrible experience. All Around Movers unloaded our truck at our destination and they were a dream compared to the others. Highly recommend!

All Around Movers was great. They worked hard and were very professional and courteous. They packed so much stuff into the truck, I was amazed. My truck broke down near the end of the job, so they arranged t come back the next day to finish the job when after the truck was towed to my new house. Real life savers. I recommend them to all!

I think the two guys who assisted me in the move were very courteous and polite. Considering the last minute request - they were on time and worked earnestly throughout the 2 hours I requested. Of course, I had everything boxed up, taped up and ready to move. They worked effectively together - and respectful of my property and my home. (sorry, I don't have their names readily available to me at the moment. All Around Movers were/ are awesome. I did my move on the Dec 3, and have recommended them to another friend who is also moving into a new house and she has already hired them - and praises them.

They were on time, they worked hard, and they took care with items and property. They immediately told me when they put a knick in the drywall. However, if you are looking for "professional movers" with uniforms, dollies, and other equipment, these are not the guys. That being said, the price was right and my container got emptied within the two hour time frame. I would not use them for a major move but if I needed some small stuff moved or hauled away, I'd consider them.

We'd hire them again! Communication before the move was good. They arrived on time and worked hard unloading our 20 ft Uhaul and carrying everything up a long, hard flight of stairs. They were careful and polite. Not only would we recommend them, we would definitely hire them again. Thank you Dan and Jeremy!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We send out a text to every customer (it may take a day or so but you will receive it before your move) it requires them answer each question as it’s very important! If we don’t immediately reach out to you please don’t get worried, we stay busy and it’s our promise to get every customer taken care of with with the respect and full attention on the items they cherish. If we can’t get to the phone if you call, plz respect that we are giving a customer our full attention as we will give you on your move day!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Passion for what we do! A crew that will handle their belongings as if it were their grandmothers prized possessions, respect, trustworthy men that move really fast and the knowledge to get the job done and take every stress off the customers back!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have labeled boxes is a plus, everything packed and ready to be loaded, make sure we have a clear walkway to and from the truck (it’s a hazard and danger to your belongings and to the crew members), please trust we know how to load a truck and no instructions are appreciated.

The smile and comfort we see after a job is complete the stress just melts from the once tense customer to now a moved, loaded, or unloaded happy customer! Our number one goal is satisfaction and we strive everyday to make every customer feel this way
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have an in hand in the field training. We always bring a new guy of course he is an extra guy the customer does not pay for but what better way to train a man, you can’t teach moving you have to experience it. And to be a great mover you have to have passion and again you can’t teach passion you either have it or you don’t! We can’t see or know unless we put them inside the field!
