Hire A Helper showed up on time, and finished the job well within the time frame I had requested. They were courteous and kind. They seemed very young to be doing this kind of work, but I was not nervous about them handling all my furniture and boxes. They did a great job.

My two original movers (Leonard and Riley) were about 10 minutes late but they called me to let me know that they would be late and when to expect them. That was appreciated. Although I had requested they bring blankets and a dolly, they were unaware of this request and did not have the materials. Thankfully, there were blankets and a dolly that came with my rental truck. Both of these men worked very hard and were extremely respectful - they were a pleasure to have around on moving day.
We had considerable trouble getting the couch moved into the new home, as the couch couldn't be brought in through the front door due to its size and sharp turn into the foyer. Two additional movers (they identified themselves as managers) came to help after we had exhausted all efforts and run over the allotted time. Although the management was respectful to me, I was disappointed with how the management acted with their staff. They were condescending and rude, which gave me the impression that they didn't value other members of their team. However, I was impressed with both Leonard's and Riley's continued positive demeanor in the face of this situation.

I purchased a condo and had my POD delivered to my new location.
After unpacking my POD I discovered my dryer was dented, my dining room chairs were crammed in and scuffed up. I am still trying to locate the glass shelves for my curio cabinet.

All Around Movers did a great job! They took a lot of care with my items and made sure they were careful navigating some tight spaces with large items. They were prompt and finished the job on time even with a short staff that day. They also lowered my rate because only two movers were present.
One of the movers took a "smoke break" right outside my open front door but he moved away from the property once I asked him to. Otherwise, both movers did a great job and I would hire All Around Movers again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We send out a text to every customer (it may take a day or so but you will receive it before your move) it requires them answer each question as it’s very important! If we don’t immediately reach out to you please don’t get worried, we stay busy and it’s our promise to get every customer taken care of with with the respect and full attention on the items they cherish. If we can’t get to the phone if you call, plz respect that we are giving a customer our full attention as we will give you on your move day!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Passion for what we do! A crew that will handle their belongings as if it were their grandmothers prized possessions, respect, trustworthy men that move really fast and the knowledge to get the job done and take every stress off the customers back!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have labeled boxes is a plus, everything packed and ready to be loaded, make sure we have a clear walkway to and from the truck (it’s a hazard and danger to your belongings and to the crew members), please trust we know how to load a truck and no instructions are appreciated.

The smile and comfort we see after a job is complete the stress just melts from the once tense customer to now a moved, loaded, or unloaded happy customer! Our number one goal is satisfaction and we strive everyday to make every customer feel this way
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have an in hand in the field training. We always bring a new guy of course he is an extra guy the customer does not pay for but what better way to train a man, you can’t teach moving you have to experience it. And to be a great mover you have to have passion and again you can’t teach passion you either have it or you don’t! We can’t see or know unless we put them inside the field!
