I hired to men to load at old home and unload at new home a few miles away. They were rock stars! They took the time to wrap all our furniture, were very careful around our new hardwood floors, and we had no scratches or dents in walls as a result of their help! And, they still got done on time! We've moved seven times over the last twelve years, and these movers were the best we've had.

DO NOT WORK WITH ALL AROUND MOVERS. THEY WILL NOT OWN UP TO DAMAGING YOUR HOUSE IF THEY DAMAGE IT AND YOU WILL BE CHASING THEM FOR MONTHS. THIS GUY USES VOLGAR LANGUAGE AND HE EVEN FLIPPED OUT ON MY REALTOR WHO IS A REAL SWEET LADY. AGAIN IF YOUR JOB WITH HIREAHELPER TELLS YOU THAT ALL AROUND MOVERS WILL DO YOUR JOB. RUN AS FAR AND AS FAST AS YOU CAN. TOTAL JERK
first off you violated a signed contract that states " A written claim MUST be filed within 24 hours of job completion.you didn't notify my operations manager until 10 days after the job was completed. Also your real estate agent called and threatened my operations manager when she was not even involved with the booked job in question. we don't know who damaged the floor since you took so long to say anything

First I would like to say that Andrew and the other gentleman that actually came out for the move were great. They handled my furniture with care, and they worked efficiently and effectively. The problem is the management in this company. I scheduled 4 workers for both days and ended up with only two, with excuses both days about other jobs which were clearly more of a priority than mine. Also the workers were hours late both days, again due to mismanagement of their schedules. I used them in the past and did not have an issue, but that was to only load some items into a 10x5 storage unit. In short, if you have a deadline to get out of your house, don't use them. Also be aware that although it says they will bring supplies, they do not. I had to provide all of the furniture pads, the tape to secure it, and I had to go buy ropes to secure the furniture.
Again- movers themselves were great, but the company has major issues.
As for the truck size- hire a helper has recommended truck sizes listed. I had a 1900sq foot home (3 bed with a bonus room) and I had a 26 ft truck and it was not big enough. They could barely load what was in my house and had to unload and then get the rest of the stuff that I had in storage (which was in my house, but I removed in order to stage and sell the home).

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We send out a text to every customer (it may take a day or so but you will receive it before your move) it requires them answer each question as it’s very important! If we don’t immediately reach out to you please don’t get worried, we stay busy and it’s our promise to get every customer taken care of with with the respect and full attention on the items they cherish. If we can’t get to the phone if you call, plz respect that we are giving a customer our full attention as we will give you on your move day!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Passion for what we do! A crew that will handle their belongings as if it were their grandmothers prized possessions, respect, trustworthy men that move really fast and the knowledge to get the job done and take every stress off the customers back!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have labeled boxes is a plus, everything packed and ready to be loaded, make sure we have a clear walkway to and from the truck (it’s a hazard and danger to your belongings and to the crew members), please trust we know how to load a truck and no instructions are appreciated.

The smile and comfort we see after a job is complete the stress just melts from the once tense customer to now a moved, loaded, or unloaded happy customer! Our number one goal is satisfaction and we strive everyday to make every customer feel this way
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have an in hand in the field training. We always bring a new guy of course he is an extra guy the customer does not pay for but what better way to train a man, you can’t teach moving you have to experience it. And to be a great mover you have to have passion and again you can’t teach passion you either have it or you don’t! We can’t see or know unless we put them inside the field!
