The team did a great job! They packed the pods carefully getting the maximum amount in each one and making sure things wouldn’t move around in transit. They were able to fit far more than I expected.

Phillip and Lamar were quality minded, friendly, professional, efficient and acted quickly to save my bigscreen TV in an avalanche in the front of the truck while unloading. The persons who had originally packed the truck had not packed things as properly as they should have but Phillip and Lamar saved the day. Highly recommend these wonderful gentlemen who went out of their way to provide the best in quality service on a Sunday in the heat of August up two flights of stairs!

They arrived on time and were very friendly. They worked hard and loaded my PODS quickly. My only issue was that they loaded all the furniture on one POD, and all the boxes on another, which wasted quite a bit of space. I also wonder how well my furniture will fare because of that. My furniture will be in storage for awhile, so it will be a bit before I can attest to the state of that particular POD.

Cameron and his partner came to unload a POD during the final phase of a home renovation. I allocated 3 hours to do the job especially on a hot summer day. They did the job in a little over an hour and were fantastic. Highly recommend this crew for any job you have. They were outstanding and exceeded my expectations

The three young men who helped were on time, curtious and polite.
Our issue was more around communication and expectations of the service we thought we hired.
We hired them for 4 hrs. They moved so fast that they completed putting items in the containers in 2 hours. Great except the packing was not efficient in any manner and my husband and I had to pull stuff out of both containers after they left and repack costing us valuable time and energy.
My husband also made note that one of crew was an OSHA nightmare waiting to happen by wearing Crocs and trying to lift heavy bulky objects. The crew leader had to keep him from hurting himself a couple of times by making sure they were lifting and moving items safely.
We were also surprised that the crew was rushing to get to their next job even though we were technically on the books for two more hours. It is quite clear that our specific needs were not communicated to the crew as the crew leader said they were not informed of the scope of the job.
The online interface to book the job is inadequate and the follow up calls before the service never clarified expectations.
Our issues are with the system not the gentlemen who performed the task. Other than the safety issues.
