I had a horrible experience with this company, it was a 3 man crew and one of there men was a total psycho. I told them ALL I wanted moved was In the dining room & one bedroom. This man went through ALL my rooms looking around. He smoked a vape in my house & kept following me around. He was so high the other workers told him to go outside and sit. I was alone, and I was so afraid that he was going to come back alone. I called the company 3 times to speak to the manager. No one ever returned my call. I almost had to call the police. I was so scared. I have never been afraid of anyone in my house. But I was afraid of this person.

Cross-country move. Our team was very kind and extremely hardworking. I did not do a good job of scheduling time, but they managed to get it all on the truck for us. We appreciated how dedicated they were to getting the job done. They were on time and called to let us know they were on the way. They did a great job reassuring me and made all my anxiety go away. Unfortunately, several of our times were damaged by the precarious placement of furniture. We had blankets and other coverings for furniture, and only a few items were covered. 3 fabric chairs had grease and tire marks from our bicycles. I wish they'd covered them because that would happen if covered. I'd have given 5 stars if everything had been covered like requested, and there were only one or two items damaged. Things getting bumped around cross country isn't going to be perfect. Even with these mistakes, I'd use them again. I'd just insist on wrapping the furniture and on better placement.

I was told they’d be packing and would have packing material available. They showed up with no packing material available. Their boss told me they could do the packing of my belongings and loading them into the pod on the same day. He did not modify the invoice and subtract the next day service. This resulted in me being charged for the next visit as well. The next visit would’ve been to just load the pod. The leader of the crew the entire time kept telling me it will not all fit. It did fit. I do not recommend this service. I will not use this service again. The sales team was not honest with me and the crew lead was not prepared or professional.
