I see us Porch movers claims travel time is free, but I was charged anyway, at the rate of $298 per hour for an intra county move. Seems an outrageous overcharge for a 29 min ride at $223.50, the motto is "never to be charged for site A to B travel with a full service move, a Porch movers guarantee vs. competators that they now do not honor. The items were very damaged upon removing plastic covering, appears pads were not used in spite of being assured by Krill that they would be. Site logs out all progress before you can add all inventory and photos to file a claim. The 10 day limit is rediculous as I had informed them a day or 2 later. They advertise one thing and do the opposite. They had one move before mine and I somehow acquired a micro mouse stuck to some plastic. A real expensive nightmare and surprised at things not damaged in several DIY moves now damaged now. They seemed to stall on the delivery end of things also.
