Some damage to some of the merchandise the wood floor in our home was scratched. I felt that, from the very beginning I was being sold more than I was being taken care of.

I scheduled with Pack Man Moving Services and was very pleased. On the day of the move, the 2 movers, Miles and Casey, arrived before the appointed time. Miles asked to see what I had so he can plan how to handle the order to pack my Pod. I expressed to him that I was nervous that everything would fit, but he was very reassuring that he could tell all of my items would fit and not to worry. They worked VERY fast. They carefully wrapped my furniture with a stretchy plastic, and also used blankets I had on hand to be sure it was padded. I was very impressed because this was a long distance move and I was worried. Both movers were polite, pleasant, and worked very hard. They finished well under the two hour minimum time, which really surprised me! I would definitely recommend using them. My Pod was unpacked at my destination a few days ago, and no damage that I can see. Only thing I would mention is that tape should not be used directly on certain furniture, like painted furniture, because it was difficult to remove and left a light discoloration.

KJ and Miles were on time (early) and ready to work! They the proper equipment to do the work. I could tell immediately, they have packed a pod many times! Not only were these guys on time, fast, and courteous, they packed our storage container securely, utilizing every bit of cubic space and making sure our items will be transported 1,500 miles with stability.
We can’t say enough about the team of Miles and KJ. Miles is a master at planning and loading, and KJ was very aware of surroundings while moving through our home. I’ve lived a lot of places in my 62 years, and this was the best experience I’ve ever had with movers.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A concise email to confirm the exact details of your move and ensure the accuracy of the information provided. This email also provides our customers with the methods in which they can contact us: phone, text, email.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customers can expect a transparent, open line of communication prior to the team’s arrival. We’ll let you know when we are 10-15 mins away from your location. Customers can also expect that as the team arrives- THEY WILL GET TO WORK. The team works based on customer instructions for what items need to be packed, moved, disassembled/assembled, unloaded, etc. We have expert movers that will handle all goods carefully and load items snuggly and safely into your truck/pod/container.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We absolutely encourage open dialogue with our customers. There’s no silly questions or wrong questions. Our goal is to make your move as stressless and easy as possible. So to prepare for your move- let us know if items outside of what we supply is needed, let us know if there are heavy (400+) /awkward/ large / fragile items to make note of prior to moving day. Any information about the move would be helpful.
What types of moves have you handled?
The team has handled residential, commercial, on-site moves, assistance with moving heavy delivered item from delivery truck to inside the home, help with installing heavy granite countertops, load/unload/packing- just to name a few!
