Showed up on time in the booked window. Really nice fellows. Worked hard to unpack a large POD. I only booked 2 hours and the movers made sure to get the job done. Moved every item light and super heavy with careful consideration.

I had a great experience with our two helpers. I gave them 4/5 stars, since they showed up an hour after the back end of the arrival window. However, they were expedient, and very adept at loading the POD in a smart way. Overall, they did a really good job.

We provide training. On how to lift furniture and boxes safely. Also to be cautious of walls and tight spaces by having great verbal communication with each team member. I do training on customer service as well.
