They were gracious that ALL items were packed and ready to load, as well as having a moving truck ready.

Ofttimes it seems that customers just expect to have things packed/loaded by the movers. I have a little bit of history and understanding that this is NOT what a customer should do. ... Have your stuff ready to go!

They communicated well prior to the appt. Joe and John were right on time. A pleasure to work with. They took no breaks, worked straight through the two hours. Even stayed a few minutes after to button some things up.

Prompt response and great communication from beginning to end.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We will arrive at the scheduled time and start moving items immediately. Will have an initial discussion on what items stay or go and if there are any items that need to be handled with extra care.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Have all items that are being moved boxed up and ready to go. If there is an item that is large and the door needs to be removed either have it done or anticipate having to do that for to keep the process moving timely.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have done residential move jobs. We've done an emergency job where the moving truck broke down and we unloaded it and loaded the new truck.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Being able to help people get through a stressful time and make it easier for them.
