The reason they didn't get 5 stars is because we ended up with some damage I didn't notice until after they left. They did make the damage right with a credit off our total bill. They were super nice and did a very good job. Still seemed a little inexperienced and maybe need to get the right tools for the job. I let them use my 4 wheeled furniture cart and 2 wheeler. I would use them again, just recommend they get some moving straps and a good 2 wheeled dolly.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

Prompt response and great communication from beginning to end.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We will arrive at the scheduled time and start moving items immediately. Will have an initial discussion on what items stay or go and if there are any items that need to be handled with extra care.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Have all items that are being moved boxed up and ready to go. If there is an item that is large and the door needs to be removed either have it done or anticipate having to do that for to keep the process moving timely.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have done residential move jobs. We've done an emergency job where the moving truck broke down and we unloaded it and loaded the new truck.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Being able to help people get through a stressful time and make it easier for them.
