The 2 man crew arrived within 15 minutes of their scheduled time. I was a bit surprised that they just met for the first time in my garage, as I was hoping they were a seasoned crew. They were very nice and started right away on moving things into the POD. I was a bit disappointed that everything didn't fit into the POD and I was going to have to leave my outdoor couch and 2 chairs behind. After the crew left, a friend came over and did some re-packing of the POD to find some holes and areas where furniture was rubbing against the side of the POD. We spent another 4 hours unpacking 1/3 of the POD in order to better organize it, and I was able to include the 2 chairs but not the sofa. This was my first time using a packing service. I would recommend using them, but I was hoping they had more experience with packing a POD.

Complete WIN! I had a snafu with my closing date so scheduled, has to postpone and then reschedule all in a matter of a few hours. I cannot possibly have more grateful for the professionalism! Both men arrived on time and ready to go. We did a walk thru of the home because they were only going to move certain items. So positive and happy to be working and so helpful. Prompt response and great communication from beginning to end.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We will arrive at the scheduled time and start moving items immediately. Will have an initial discussion on what items stay or go and if there are any items that need to be handled with extra care.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Have all items that are being moved boxed up and ready to go. If there is an item that is large and the door needs to be removed either have it done or anticipate having to do that for to keep the process moving timely.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have done residential move jobs. We've done an emergency job where the moving truck broke down and we unloaded it and loaded the new truck.
