What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A follow-up call from the owner to confirm move date and get all pertinent information related to the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The moving team will arrive on-time and introduce themselves to the customer and will find out any more detailed information related to the move. We will put all the furniture exactly where you want it. Anything that was disassembled, we will reassemble and we will put all the boxes in the rooms where they are marked.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
- wake up early to be ready for your movers - make sure your electronics are charged up - dress appropriately - pack a first night bag - take important paperwork/valuables with you - set aside cleaning supplies
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled everything from local to long distance moves, in-house moves, moving household goods into storage units and/or pods and office moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I enjoy the interaction with customers and helping them relocate into their new residence. Being able to assist them is my favorite part!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew members are trained prior to hiring them, but we are constantly learning and growing as new information becomes available.
